Cooperation with automotive industry has been an important part of our activities since when the company has been set up over 20 years ago. From individual components to complex jigs and fixtures Elakov Production offers its customers services e.g. in the following areas of activity:
- Design and Manufacturing of forming Tools and complete turnkey Devices
- Design and Manufacturing of mechanical and hydraulic holding Fixtures, incl. standard parts
- Design and Manufacturing of inspection Jigs and Fixtures
- Production of prototypes, incl. CMM reports and PPAP documentation
- Production of small and medium volume series of machined components up to approx. 10.000pcs/year
- Acceptance trials and test runs, incl. resulting reports
- Comprehensive Project Management through all project stages
- Repair and Maintenance of Tools and Fixtures, incl. reverse engineering and creation of 2D and 3D documentation
