Consent to processing of personal data

1. Hereby you give your consent to the company Elakov Production, s.r.o. whose registered office is at Za Mostem 342, 691 64 Nosislav, IČ: 0022163 and that is registered in the public register at the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 80586 (further below referred to as „Administrator“), to process the following data in accordance with the law Nr.101/2000 Sb. On protection of personal data (further below referred to as „law on protection of personal data“):
   • Name and surname
   • Company name
   • e-mail
   • phone number

2. Name, surname, company name, phone number and e-mail need to be processed to enable communication between the business partners. All information will be used exclusively within the context of the Administrator´s line of business. The personal data can be used in electronic or printed form. This data will only be processed or used by Administrator for the necessary period of time.
3. Hereby you explicitely give your consent to the above described processing of your data. The consent can ba revoked any time by e.g. sending an e-mail or registered letter to the contact adress of the company Elakov Production s.r.o, Za Mostem 342, 691 64 Nosislav, email: gdpr@elakov.cz
4. The processing of personal data is carried out principally by Administrator. The personal data can also be processed by the provider of ERP system, security and support software applications.
5. Please bear in mind that according to the law on protection of personal data you are entitled to:
   • Revoke your consent at any time
   • Ask us to give you details about how your personal data is processed
   • Ask us for explanation about processing your personal
   • Request access to these data and let them be updated or modified
   • Aks us to delete such personal data,
   • In case of any doubts about compliance with the duties connected to processing of personal data to address us or the office for personal data protection
